We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team to support across all our divisions from partnerships to events/experiential and on multiple accounts including but not limited to Paramount Pictures, Amazon Prime Video, Google & Nike. 


The successful candidate will walk into a diverse role where they will work across multiple projects simultaneously whether that would be helping to push a bad-boy partnership over the line or helping the events team to deliver an unforgettable experience. Ideally someone that has a passion for Film & TV.


Our ideal candidate will help shape the culture through their sharp creative instincts, great organisation skills and good relationship building. Most importantly, they will reflect the ethos that we’ve been building the past few years!


  • To work with the company leadership team to maintain a database of clients and prospects for all divisions within the business

  • To manage key accounts and to play a crucial role in project teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns

  • Managing relationships with all stakeholders including partner brands, freelancers/contractors and vendors 

  • Write and communicate fun, engaging and clear creative briefs to help our creative team deliver ideas that support our clients needs 

  • Feed into creative brainstorming sessions with the wider team

  • Work alongside the creative team to develop state-of-the-art pitch decks 

  • Develop timelines, campaign budgets, SOW (Scope of Work) and overall project plans for assigned projects

  • Ensure all project deadlines are set and met across all campaign elements

  • Carrying out research projects to inform the creative team in developing creative & innovative concepts 

  • Produce regular industry updates and existing/potential client updates and distribute to the wider team

  • Organise meetings, take minutes and notes and provide regular status updates on projects

  • Research grants, awards and initiatives that the company can participate in to raise the profile of the business


  • To work closely with the Managing/Creative Director to help ​​identify, secure, project manage and deliver unique, cool and creative brand/marketing partnerships within Film, TV and other verticals of entertainment

  • To support on pitching mutually beneficial brand partnership opportunities where strategies, values and missions align

Events & Experiential

  • To support the events team with admin tasks including but not limited to curating guest lists, researching potential vendors and coordinating the delivery of all branded event materials ensuring all print deadlines are met

  • To support the events team in seeking and negotiating fitting sponsorship opportunities for relevant events 

  • To support the events team onsite on the day of events including but not limited to; problem-solving, guestlist management, content management and event-set up 



  • To work alongside the creative team to ensure all content is delivered to strict approval deadlines and in line with client’s brand guidelines

  • Quality Control: Having a sharp eye on all content output and preventing any work that isn’t up to the correct standard from leaving the building

  • To work with the creative/development team to guide and manage the development of unscripted digital formats & branded content from research tasks right through to assisting on the production phase


Digital & Social


  • To work alongside the PR Manager to identify, secure and manage unique PR opportunities for individual campaigns

  • Identify, build & manage relationships with key influencers, journalists, press and media platforms whilst building a solid database 

  • To regularly update the KINDE social media accounts with relevant company updates and capturing social media content on event days and campaign shoots



  • Track and report on key partnership metrics against forecasts and KPI’s from available data sources, both regularly during partnership terms and with post-campaign reports.

  • Measure & track the success of events against objectives via event feedback in-situ & post event; attendance rates, social media engagement and CTA responses

  • Capture all social media posts in real time including IG stories, IG/TikTok Reels & all feed posts from all event attendees or from campaign participants

  • Generate reports on all relevant campaigns

  • Identify areas of success or areas for improvement, making and actioning recommendations where relevant.



  • Proven, successful experience in facilitating creative partnerships, sponsorship or cultural collaboration with both global and grassroots brands 

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels; face to face, across email, in writing or over the phone

  • Fast learner with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, project management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Confident, able to work with minimum supervision to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure

  • Advanced in using general systems such as Google Apps [Docs, Slides & Sheets], Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools i.e. Asana 

  • Ability to thoroughly report on campaign metrics against forecasts 

  • Must be a creative & strategic thinker 

  • Must be a hustler & a problem solver!

  • Have a decent network of contacts within the industry both vertically and horizontally

  • Must know how to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Willingness to travel for work from time to time

  • Remain informed with current cultural trends within the events, marketing and entertainment world

  • A passion to empower black culture in the UK is a bonus
