THE ROLE
We are looking for an Intern to join our team at KINDE to support across all our divisions from partnerships to events/experiential and on multiple accounts including but not limited to the likes of Disney, Nike and Amazon Prime Video.
We’re looking for natural born hustlers who will walk into a diverse role working across multiple projects simultaneously whether that would be helping to push a bad-boy partnership over the line or helping the events team to deliver an unforgettable experience. Ideally we’re looking for someone that has a passion for Film, TV and all things culture.
Our ideal candidate will help shape the culture through their sharp creative instincts, great organisation skills and good relationship building. Most importantly, they will reflect the ethos that we’ve been building the past few years!
PROJECT ASSISTANT

Ensure all project deadlines are set and met across all campaign elements

Carrying out research projects to inform the creative team in developing creative & innovative concepts

Produce regular industry updates and existing/potential client updates and distribute to the wider team

Organise meetings, take minutes and notes and provide regular status updates on projects
-
Research grants, awards and initiatives that the company can participate in to raise the profile of the business
Creative / Content
-
Feed into creative brainstorming sessions with the wider creative team

Support our Creative Specialist on delivering key assets for projects
-
Supporting the creative team in delivering campaign assets ready for approval
-
To work with the creative / development team to guide & manage the development of unscripted digital formats & branded content from research tasks right through to assisting on the production phase
Events & Experiential

To support the events team with admin tasks including but not limited to curating guest lists, researching potential vendors and coordinating the delivery of all branded event materials ensuring all print deadlines are met

To support the events team in seeking and negotiating fitting sponsorship opportunities for relevant events

To support the events team onsite on the day of events including but not limited to; problem-solving, guestlist management, content management and event-set up
Digital & Social

To support the PR Manager in identifying, securing and managing unique PR opportunities for individual campaigns

Identify, build & manage relationships with key influencers, journalists, press and media platforms whilst building a solid database

To regularly update the KINDE social media accounts with relevant company updates and capturing social media content on event days and campaign shoots
Data, Reporting & Optimisation

Capture all social media posts in real time including IG stories, IG/TikTok Reels & all feed posts from all event attendees or from campaign participants
REQUIREMENTS
-
No specific experience or qualifications necessary

Quality Control: Having a sharp eye on all content output and preventing any work that isn’t up to the correct standard from leaving the building

Intermediate skills in Adobe to support our Creative Specialist

Have a decent knowledge and understanding of grassroots brands & cultural orgnaisations

Remain informed with current cultural trends within the events, marketing and entertainment world

Great communication skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels; face to face, across email, in writing or over the phone

Fast learner with strong analytical skills, financial acumen, project management, organisational skills and ability to prioritise & manage multiple projects simultaneously

Confident, able to work with minimum supervision to strict deadlines and remain calm under pressure

Knows how to use general systems such as Google Apps [Docs, Slides & Sheets], Microsoft Office and Project Management Tools i.e. Smartsheet

Must be a creative & strategic thinker

Things you’ll learn!

How to manage projects end to end for some of the biggest & brands in the world.

How to develop timelines, campaign budgets, SOW (Scope of Work) and overall project plans for assigned projects

How to identify, secure & manage big partnership deals

How to approve key campaign assets in line with client’s brand guidelines
-
Identify areas of success or areas for improvement, making and actioning recommendations where relevant.
