We got the call up from Nike to host Colin Kaepernick alongside Nike London’s Community Partners. Colin was in town to connect with the community, in time for Nike’s Future Forward festival, a celebration of black culture and sport. We were given 5 days to create an intimate private dining experience.

Purpose

With Colin Kaepernick being a Vegan, we were tasked to source a predominantly Vegan restaurant. We took a trip to Tatale London, a contemporary Pan-African concept telling stories through food, art & culture!

Hosted by Akwasi Brenya-Mensa, the 5 course meal took Colin and Nike's special guests through an African inspired experience. The main course was the value exchange between Nike’s Community. Community partners included Brixton Topcats, The Movement Factory, Badu Sports, Les Hijabeuses and BLAM charity.
